The word is out and top riders from around the country have come calling. After a season of testing and racing around New England our Carbon Cyclocross wheels are in full production. The wheels have proven to be light weight, reasonably priced and durable. With both rim and disc brake carbon wheels now available Carver has become one of the first companies to market with a production, race ready, CX disc wheelset.

Wheels: Carver c38 Carbon Tubular (rim brake)

Our most popular wheel / rim size for cyclocross has been the C38. Both the disc and rim brake wheels use the same tubular carbon rim. Featuring a 38mm deep full carbon tubular rim with 3k carbon weave in a matte finish. Rims are 20mm wide at the rim bed and are built with external nipples allowing for easy truing of the wheel while the tire is glued on.

Both the rim and disc brake carbon wheels were ridden and reviewed by CXMagazine this summer getting “Best in Review” comments. Even more important to us is the praise we have been getting from riders around the country. Adding to the mix, we have been riding prototype carbon clincher wheels (both disc and rim brake) this fall with our first production clinchers to arrive this month. All of the wheels are currently available by giving us a call or heading over to Bikeman.com
